Coming back to work from the Holiday weekend was such a drag , and lunch wasn’t any different either. Had a trusty Aldi’s Tuna Salad in my snack draw to go along with some plantain chips and a Naked Berry Veggie smoothie. Not the greatest but it did the job.
No Cook Oat Berry Smoothie
29 MayI got this recipe from my Aunt when she came to visit us from Haiti a few months back. After tweaking some things , i’ve now incorporated this into my morning breakfast regime. Its best to do fresh everyday but i dont usually have the time. So i usually make an ample amount and seal them in an air tight container to last me a few days. This particular smoothie this morning had Raw organic oats, blueberries, strawberries, blackberries , bananas, flax-seeds and water. Yum!
